Mushrooms!!!! Love them or loathe them, they pack a punch of nutrition particularly for thyroid people.
Don Toleman (if you have never heard of him, look him up, he's brilliant) has reported that people have regrown their thyroid after surgical removal by eating 2 cup of mushrooms everyday. Interesting thought hey??

👉🏼 17% of DV of Vitamin B3 (Mental Health)
👉🏼 5% of DV of Vitmain B6

👉🏼 1% of DV of Vitamin B12 (Energy & MTHR)
👉🏼 3% of DV of Iron
👉🏼 2% of DV of Magnesium (sugar & Stress)
👉🏼 8% of DV of Phosphorous (Liver)
👉🏼 9% of DV of Potassium (Thyroid Health)
👉🏼 3% of DV of Zinc (Healing & Immune)

So that's mushrooms in a list!!
I can see why they may be great thyroid food with all that selenium and potassium, let alone all the other goodies.
So who's with me?? Not sure if I can manage a whole cup every day, but I might just start with eating mushrooms everyday and see how I go with that.
