Infra Red Saunas Improve Thyroid Function

So, an infrared Sauna is 2nd on my wish list! (After a Bellicon rebounder πŸ˜‰ UPDATE: I now have the Bellicon Rebounder which was soooo worth it, and the savings begin for the sauna)

Sadly they are not cheap (they start at the $1,200 AUD mark) so will be saving up for one of these beauties, but oh what it can do for us!!!

So what can they do for us?? Experts say an infrared sauna does the following:

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Detoxification (help us to sweat)
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Balances cortisol levels
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Relieve joint & muscle pain
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Increase metabolism & therefore lower weight
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Improve circulation
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Eliminate toxins from the skin & therefore improving skin health
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Help the body handle stress
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Lowers inflammation
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Improves heart function
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Lowers chronic pain eg arthritis
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Improves fatigue
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Decreases depression
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Eliminates heavy metals from the body
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Eliminates excess oestrogen from the body
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Reduce blood pressure
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Improves Alkalinity
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Balances the autonomic nervous system
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Relieves congestion
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Enhances the immune system
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Decreases swelling
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Improves oxygenation

That's some list huh??

We can find them in many health centres now for sessions, which here in Australia are around $30-$50 / 30 mins. So buying one isn't necessary.

But to be able to do this a few times a week in our own home would be so awesome! Plus, they don't take up a lot of room and plug right in to the wall socket!

So, for now it will stay on my wish list, but if anyone has one, please tell us your experiences πŸ™πŸ»

Love & Sweaty Hugs
