A Sluggish Lymph Impairs Thyroid Function
Our lymphatic system is responsible for getting stuff where it needs to go. Both the good stuff and the bad stuff!!
So it not only moves toxins out of the body, but it also carries thyroid hormone to where it needs to be.
There are two problems with the lymphatic system.
1. It is like butter. Meaning if it is cold it is hard and won't move. If it is warm it will flow.
2. The lymphatic system doesn't have a pump. It has a bunch of one-way valves that only open to let fluid through if the body moves up and down - so walking, jumping, just moving in general.
Skin Brushing and rebounding are a couple of great ways to improve lymph flow. You can read on the blog how to do this: http://bit.ly/2hHpdjN
